Who we are
Day of Show, LLC runs artist relations and ground transportation programs for music festivals. This policy covers dayof.show and its contact form. Questions go to info@dayof.show.
What we collect
- What you send through the contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Standard request logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, used to run and secure the site.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site.
How we use it
We use your message to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts this site and processes request logs.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our business email, where your message is stored.
- Anthropic provides AI tools we use to sort and summarize business email. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this content is not used to train its models.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails while a conversation or engagement is active and for up to three years after it ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us by emailing info@dayof.show. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date above.
